Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $15 for orders totaling $0-$60.
Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): Applies to orders of $60 or more.
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order subtotal.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, and European Union nations. Some remote areas or regions with customs restrictions may not be eligible for delivery. During checkout, our system will confirm whether we can ship to your address. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. You can also check the status by logging into your account on our website. If tracking information hasn’t updated within 48 hours of shipment, please allow additional time for carrier systems to sync.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While rare, delays can happen due to weather, customs inspections, or carrier backlogs. If your shipment exceeds the estimated delivery window by more than 5 business days or shows no movement for 7 days, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll collaborate with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly, including reshipment or refund options where applicable.
